Questions about the sample vial drawer box

Can you add a vial insert?

Yes. We cut a board tray to fit your vials.

How do I size a box for a perfume bottle?

Measure the widest point and the full height including the cap. Add about 3 mm each side for a carton, or 5 mm for a rigid box with an insert. The fit check on this page does the sums for you.

Can the insert be plastic free?

Yes. We use folded board and molded paper pulp. They hold a glass bottle well for normal shipping, and ship flat or nested so freight stays low.

What is the smallest run for a rigid box?

Rigid boxes usually start at 100 units because the construction is partly manual. Folding cartons start at 50.
