Questions about oil boxes
What size box fits a 10 ml dropper bottle?
A 10 ml dropper bottle is about 22 mm wide and 70 mm tall with the dropper. An inside size of 26 x 26 x 76 mm gives a snug fit. The preset chips on this page fill in common bottle sizes.
Do I need an insert for glass bottles?
For retail cartons that sit on a shelf, a snug carton is usually enough. For shipped orders we recommend a board or pulp insert so the bottle cannot rock inside the box.
Can the box have a window?
Yes. A window lets the oil color show. The cut-out is covered with a thin film, which affects how easily the carton can be recycled. A paper-only window is possible on request.
Can I order a carton for two bottles?
Yes. Divider cartons hold two or three bottles side by side. Tell us the bottle sizes when you request a quote.
What is the lead time?
Standard production is about 12 working days after artwork approval. Express and super express are available at a higher price.
Do you do small test runs?
Cartons start at 50. If you are not sure yet, the sample pack lets you hold a plain white or kraft carton in your chosen size before you print.
