From idea to a box on your doorstep
Ordering custom packaging is easier when you know what happens at each step. Here is how a typical order runs.
1. Choose
Browse by what you sell or by box format. On each product page pick a size, material, print and finish and watch the price update. Use the size checks on category pages if you are not sure what fits.
2. Design
Download the dieline and place your artwork, or preview a design in 3D in our Studio. If you need help, our team can place your logo and suggest layouts.
3. Check
Every order gets a free print check covering bleed, resolution, color mode and fonts. We tell you what to fix before anything is printed.
4. Approve
You receive a digital proof. You approve it, and the production clock starts. If you want to feel the board first, order a sample pack and credit the cost against your order.
5. Produce and deliver
Standard production is about 12 working days, rigid boxes about 15. Express and super express options shorten it. We confirm your ship-by date when you order and send tracking when it ships.
Reorders
We keep your approved artwork on file, so reordering takes a message and a quantity.
