Yes. Plain sample packs let you check size and board. The sample cost is credited against your first full order. Printed prototypes are available on request.

A print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed is ideal. We also accept Illustrator and vector files. We send a dieline for every size and run a free print check before production.

Yes. Our team can place your logo on a dieline and suggest layouts. You can also preview ideas in the 3D Studio.

Standard production is about 12 working days after you approve artwork. Rigid boxes take about 15. Express and super express options shorten this at a higher price. Shipping is extra.

We serve the US and UK first. Ask us about other destinations. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Photograph the parcel and contents and contact us within 7 days. If the print does not match your approved proof, we reprint or refund.

Each design is its own print run, but we can price several designs together. Mention it in your quote request.

Yes. Use the wholesale form for volumes of 1,000 or more, agency accounts or repeat programs.
