Production times
Standard production is about 12 working days from proof approval. Rigid boxes take about 15 working days. Express and super express shorten this at a higher price. Foil, emboss and custom tooling can add a few days.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination. We show an estimate before you pay and send tracking when your order ships.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect your order within 7 days of arrival. Custom print runs can vary by a few percent in quantity, which is normal in the industry.
Reprints and refunds
Because every order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order is damaged, photograph the parcel and contents and contact us within 7 days. If the print does not match your approved proof, we reprint or refund.
Samples
Sample pack costs are credited against your first full order.
