Coffee roasters ship in waves: a steady subscription base and a loud peak in the fourth quarter. The right box keeps the bag flat, fits the cheaper postage band and still looks good on a doorstep.
We make mailers sized to 250 g, 340 g and 1 kg bags, pod and capsule cartons, and gift boxes that hold bag, mug and tin together.
Each style is a real structure we produce. Choose one to see sizes and prices.

A typical 340 g (12 oz) bag is about 100 x 60 x 230 mm when filled. A mailer of 250 x 160 x 40 mm inside suits one bag lying flat. The presets on this page set that up for you.
It depends on the carrier and country. In the UK, Royal Mail Large Letter limits are 353 x 250 x 25 mm and 750 g. The postage checker on the mailer page tests your size against UK and US bands.
