Questions about mailer boxes
What is the difference between E-flute and B-flute?
E-flute is thin (about 1.5 mm) and prints well. B-flute is thicker (about 3 mm) and protects better. Most mailers use E-flute. Heavier or fragile items may need B-flute or a double wall.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the packed product, add padding, and check the result against your carrier limits. The postage checker on this page tests your size for common UK and US bands.
Can I print inside the lid?
Yes. Inside print is one of the most popular upgrades. It turns the unboxing into a branded moment.
What is the minimum order?
Mailers start at 50 units on selected sizes and 100 on others.
Are mailers recyclable?
Corrugated mailers with water-based ink and no plastic film are normally accepted in paper recycling. Check local rules before making a recyclability claim.
How strong are they?
E-flute mailers are suitable for typical parcel shipping up to a few pounds. Tell us the packed weight and we will advise.
