1. Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed when you approve the digital proof and payment terms are agreed. Approving a proof confirms responsibility for spelling, layout and colour choices shown in it.
2. Artwork & intellectual property
You confirm you hold the rights to all artwork supplied. Dielines and structural designs we create remain our property unless purchased separately; your brand artwork always remains yours.
3. Production tolerances
Custom print runs may vary ±5% in quantity and minor colour variation between runs is normal for the printing processes used. Significant deviation from the approved proof qualifies for reprint or refund.
4. Payment
New customers pay 100% on order. Approved trade accounts may apply for 30-day terms. Late payments accrue statutory interest.
5. Delivery & risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Claims for transit damage must be made within 7 days with photographs.
6. Liability
Our liability on any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Food-contact products
Food-contact certifications apply only when products are used as described in the relevant specification sheet.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
