Shipping & returns policy
Production times
Standard production is 10–12 working days from proof approval. Complex finishes (foil, embossing, rigid boxes) may add 3–5 days. Rush production is available on many lines — request it with your quote.
Delivery
- Domestic: 2–5 working days by tracked courier after production.
- International: 5–14 working days depending on destination; duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient.
- Tracking numbers are emailed the moment your order ships.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect your order within 7 days of arrival. Custom print runs can vary ±5% in quantity, which is industry standard — we always aim to overrun rather than underrun.
Returns & reprints
Because every order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand fully behind our work:
- If your order is damaged in transit, photograph the parcel and contents and contact us within 7 days.
- If the print does not match your approved proof, we will reprint or refund — your choice.
- Unprinted stock items (crinkle fill, plain boxes) may be returned unused within 30 days, minus shipping.
