Ordering
What is the minimum order?
Most boxes start at 50 units; bags and pouches at 200–500; stickers and cards at 100–250. Each product page shows its minimum.
How do I get a price?
Use the quantity calculator on any product page for instant unit pricing, or request a quote for custom sizes and finishes — we reply within one business day.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. We offer unprinted stock samples free of charge, and printed pre-production samples for a small fee that is credited against your order.
Design & artwork
I do not have a designer — can you help?
Absolutely. Every order includes a free prepress check, and our design team can build dielines and adapt your logo at no cost on most orders.
What file format do you need?
Print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed is ideal. We also accept AI, EPS and high-resolution PNG — we will fit your artwork to the correct dieline.
Production & delivery
How long does production take?
10–12 working days for most printed items after proof approval, plus shipping. Rush options are available — ask when you order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Problems
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Photograph it and contact us within 7 days — we reprint or refund any order that does not match the approved proof. See our Shipping & Returns policy.
