To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes.
To produce, deliver and invoice orders.
To protect the website from abuse (rate limiting, spam prevention).

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to fulfil orders (e.g. couriers, payment processors) and only the data they need.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept while relevant to your relationship with us and deleted on request. Order records are retained as required by tax law.
